1. Zero Tracking Cookies (Why There’s No Cookie Banner)

This website does not use advertising trackers, third-party behavioural cookies, or invasive fingerprinting scripts. Traffic metrics are measured using privacy-preserving, cookie-less analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics), and fonts are self-hosted so your browser never pings Google Fonts on page load.

2. Information You Voluntarily Provide

We only collect personal information when you explicitly submit a form or message our Telegram assistant:

• Quote & Contact Inquiries: Your name, email address, organisation name/type, service interest, and message.
• Newsletter Subscriptions: Your email address and consent timestamp (managed via MailerLite).
• Telegram Assistant (@LawkAsstBot): Your Telegram user ID, display name, and message text so Lawrence can reply.

3. How We Use & Protect Your Data

Your inquiry data is used solely to prepare your requested quote, schedule consultations, or deliver newsletter updates you opted into. We never sell, rent, or share your contact information with marketers or data brokers. Forms are protected against automated abuse using Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side rate limiting.

4. Data Retention (12-Month Automatic Cleanup)

Prospective quote inquiries that do not convert into active client contracts are automatically purged after 12 months by a scheduled cleanup job.

5. Your Rights (Access, Correction & Deletion)

You may request a copy, correction, or immediate deletion of any personal data you have submitted at any time via the Contact form or by sending /stop or a deletion request to @LawkAsstBot.
